How does the free Discovery plan work?

You can draw up to 10 walls (lifetime counter, never reset when you delete a plan), store 1 plan, use 3 universal pictograms (emergency exit, fire extinguisher, assembly point) and generate a BAT PDF preview with a Fabrik watermark to visualize the result before purchase. PDF/PNG/SVG exports, advanced pictograms, safety tools and advanced shapes unlock when you purchase a plan one-shot (€9.99 excl. tax) or move to Solo / Pro.

What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?

Your quota resets automatically on the 1st of each month. In the meantime you have two options: unlock a plan one-shot for €9.99 excl. tax (fully unlocks that plan: unlimited walls, all tools, unlimited PDF/PNG/SVG exports without watermark, permanent access), or upgrade to the higher tier (upgrades are pro-rated).

How does the €9.99 option work? What does it unlock?

The €9.99 excl. tax unlock is not 'one export': it is a full unlock of one drawn plan. On that plan you get: unlimited walls, all safety tools (evacuation zone, path, smart symbol, SSI cable), all advanced shape tools (rectangle, line, polyline, circle), all pictograms (advanced + custom upload), all annotations and unlimited PDF/PNG/SVG exports with no Fabrik watermark. Permanent access. If you have several plans to deliver, a Solo subscription (€29/month) is more cost-effective from the 4th plan onwards.

What if I pay but still don't have access?

Our system syncs in 10 to 30 seconds after your Stripe payment. If nothing happens after one minute, contact support@fabrik.so — we unlock you immediately and refund if there's an issue.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

Accepted Answer

No, all Fabrik subscriptions are commitment-free. You can cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. No penalties, no hidden fees.

Can I use Fabrik for multiple sites or buildings?

Yes. The Solo plan includes 5 exports/month, the Pro plan 20 exports/month, and the Unlimited plan (€199/month excl. tax, €159 on annual) handles unlimited volume with unlimited users and AI, SSO/SAML and dedicated support. Each export corresponds to generating a compliant PDF/PNG/SVG for a given plan.

Will I receive a proper invoice for my accounting?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a PDF invoice is automatically generated at each renewal and downloadable from your billing area. All invoices include your VAT number if provided, and comply with French accounting requirements.

How do I upgrade to a higher plan mid-subscription?

Accepted Answer

Upgrades are instant from your account. You are billed pro-rata for the remaining time on your current period — you only pay the difference. The change takes effect immediately.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes, if you are not satisfied within the first 14 days following your first payment, contact us at contact@fabrik.so and we will issue a full refund. After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time without fees.
